Sahand Hariri

Sahand Hariri is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Runtime Community at PSI Metals since May 2019. Prior to this role, Sahand worked as a Researcher at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois from May 2016 to September 2018, focusing on user resource allocation in Kubernetes clusters, automated deployment, and cloud-based distributed computing solutions. Early career experience includes a position as a Research Programmer at WolframAlpha LLC from January 2010 to August 2012. Sahand holds a Master of Science in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2017-2018) and two degrees from Temple University, including a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (2007-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mathematics (2002-2007).
