Lisa plans and oversees business operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. She is responsible for promoting the capabilities and engaging with the customers and industry partners. She promotes consistent practices across all customer programs and is responsible for the oversight of technical support and adherence to quality, contractual, and industry requirements for all of the prime and subcontract activities.
