The Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team at PSI focuses on identifying, attracting, and retaining top IT talent to meet the company's staff augmentation needs. Led by the Talent Acquisition Director, the team, including the Office Manager/Recruiting Coordinator, IT Talent Acquisition Manager, and Technical Recruiter, collaboratively handle recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
