John Usher

John Usher has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. John currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Director at PSI (Proteam Solutions Inc) since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from November 2021 to March 2023, and at realtor.com from April 2021 to November 2021. John also held positions as a Senior Talent Consultant at OpTech from October 2020 to April 2021, a Senior Technical Recruiting Consultant at Revolution Technologies from October 2019 to July 2020, and a Director of IT Recruiting/Senior IT Recruiting Consultant at Tailored Management from January 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Beacon Hill Staffing Group from February 2014 to December 2017 and as a Senior Resource Development Manager at Modis from April 2007 to February 2014. John started their career as a Managing Partner at S&S Investors from August 2006 to August 2007.
