Hoda Barakat

Hoda Barakat has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Hoda currently works at PSI Real Estate as the Strategy and Development Director, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Magnetar from 2021 to 2023, where they served as a Grant Manager and Senior Business Development Consultant. In these roles, their responsibilities included restructuring departments, creating workflows, developing and finalizing proposal budgets, and providing budget justification.

From 2013 to 2021, Hoda worked at Hands of Peace as the Regional Manager. Here, they were responsible for designing and planning youth summer programs, recruiting participants and staff, and arranging logistics for various activities.

Before that, they worked at Synergos from 2015 to 2017 as a Social Entrepreneurs Relationship Manager. In this role, they recruited and selected social entrepreneurs for financial grants, provided them with training, and contributed to the development of community-development methodologies.

Hoda also gained experience as a Project Control and Material Engineer at Bayti Group Real Estate from 2011 to 2013, where they worked on material control, procurement, and project reporting. Hoda started their career at American Intercontinental Constructors, LLC in 2010 as a Planning and Scheduling Engineer, and at Palestinian Real Estate Investment Company in 2007 as a Technical Support Engineer.

Throughout their career, Hoda has demonstrated a strong focus on strategy, development, and efficiency improvement in various industries.

Hoda Barakat pursued their education at An-Najah National University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Subsequently, they furthered their studies at the same university, earning a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Additionally, Hoda also obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the field of Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from An Najah National University.
