Craig Hamburg

Craig Hamburg has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and financial sectors. Craig is currently working as a Lead Product Manager at PSI Services LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at U.S. Bank, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Fleet Payment Technology - Corporate Payment Systems, Business Line Technology Manager - Corporate Payment Systems, Senior Technical Product Manager - Corporate Payment Systems, and Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Payment Systems. During their time at U.S. Bank, they were responsible for developing new products and strategies, managing projects from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders, generating user requirements, and transitioning the development methodology from waterfall to agile. Before U.S. Bank, they also worked as a Business Analyst Lead at The Hartford and as a Business Analyst at CNA Insurance.

Craig Hamburg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pittsburg State University. Craig has also obtained additional certifications in Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals from IBM and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. Craig is also a Certified SCRUM Master and Certified SCRUM Product Owner from Scrum Alliance. In addition, they have certifications in CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA.
