Ronald Franklin

Ronald Franklin has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as Operations Program Manager for the FAA at PSI Services LLC since July 2004. Prior to this role, Ronald held the position of Manager of Information Technology Support Services at the same company. Ronald's career began at re:Member Data Services, Inc., where notable roles included Conversions and Training Manager from March 2001 to June 2004, overseeing the transition of new customers to RDS software and managing the conversion team, as well as serving as Production Control Specialist from 2000 to 2001. Ronald is an alumnus of Indiana University Indianapolis.
