Shannon Rucker

Shannon Rucker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, mortgage processing, and snowsports instruction. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Systems Innovation Engineering since July 2024, Shannon also holds the position of Secretary for the Board of Directors at PSIA-AASI Eastern since April 2021. A dedicated Snowsports Instructor and Staff Trainer at Liberty Mountain Resort since November 2009, Shannon has played a key role in training a large team of ski instructors. Previous experience includes roles as Production Manager at Guaranteed Rate, where management of a mortgage processing team generated over $500 million annually, and Non Conforming Processing Manager at Wells Fargo, overseeing a significant team and supporting Jumbo home loans. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History and Social Sciences from York College of Pennsylvania, completed in 2004.
