Krzysztof Żak is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Client Account Specialist at PsiBufet since September 2020, Krzysztof has previously worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Pekao Direct and Webhelp, where responsibilities included supporting customers with banking services and resolving inquiries in both Polish and English.
