Jane Souza

Jane Souza is a clinical psychologist currently providing online psychotherapy services to adults at Psicologia Viva since July 2023. Previously, Jane worked at Clínica Vital, offering therapy to both adults and the elderly in both online and in-person formats from August to November 2023. Jane has extensive experience in human resources, having served as HR Manager and later as HR Coordinator at allu, where responsibilities included team management, strategy implementation, and performance monitoring. Other experience includes roles as a Selection Analyst at Hermes Pardini, HR Analyst at Lojas Americanas, and various HR assistant positions, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment, selection, and employee development across different sectors. Jane holds a degree in Psychology from PUC Minas and is pursuing a postgraduate qualification in People Management at the same institution.
