Laurent Calcul

Dr. Laurent Calcul is a Research Assistant Professor and current Director of the Chemical Purification, Analysis and Screen Core Facility (CPAS) at the University of South Florida. He received his PhD from the National Museum of Natural History in Paris, France and did Postdoctoral Research Fellowships at the University of California, Santa Cruz and the University of South Florida. His research background focuses on discovery of novel compounds from nature, early stage drug discovery and small molecule synthetic optimization.
