Earlier career highlights include managing human resources for Karnataka at Tata Teleservices Ltd and talent acquisition for the South Hub at airtel. Tapan holds a PGPMIR in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile Technology from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology & Science.
