Lisa Cardascia

Lisa Cardascia has over 17 years of experience in HR and HRIS roles. Lisa is currently working at ConnectiveRx as the Director of Benefits and HRIS. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of HRIS at the same company. Before joining ConnectiveRx, Lisa worked at Affinity Health Plan as the Manager of HRIS, Payroll Systems & Operations - HR Operations. Lisa managed a team of three support staff and was responsible for managing HR systems. Lisa also played a key role in the implementation of ADP WorkforceNow and SAP Litmos. Earlier in their career, they worked at Pernod Ricard as an HRIS Manager, where they supported systems for 1,150 employees and managed the HRIS budget. Lisa also has experience at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as a Senior HRIS Consultant and HRIS Analyst, where they led ADP Virtual Edge and handled ADP Enterprise patch upgrades. Overall, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in HR systems management, project management, and team leadership.

Lisa Cardascia attended Immaculate Heart Academy from 1994 to 1997 for their high school education. Lisa then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Fordham University, studying from 1997 to 2001.
