Robert Washko

Robert Washko is the Senior Vice President of Operations at MEC at PSL Group. Robert has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Robert has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert began their career as a project manager at Harrison and Star, a pharmaceutical advertising agency. Robert then joined Aptus Health as the Vice President of Program Management for the Customer Innovation Lab. In this role, they were responsible for managing a global innovation lab that was tasked with redefining a pharmaceutical company's commercial and engagement model to succeed in the new era of integrated healthcare.

Some of Robert's accomplishments include developing an "Innovation Loop" continuous learning project architecture and creating a hypothesis measurement framework and tool to measure all prototype KPIs in all applicable global markets. Robert has alsoconcepted and market tested 2 virtual reality programs and led the experience design team for a physician-centered Artificial Intelligence Virtual Assistant.

Currently, as the Senior Vice President of Operations at MEC at PSL Group, Robert is responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations and ensuring that all departments are functioning smoothly. Robert is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Robert Washko earned a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
