PSN Labs is an Engineering Services Firm with three primary departments that make PSN a true one-stop partner for your engineering, testing, and product development needs. PSN maintains an Engineering Center with all the latest technological advances. From mold filling analysis to computational fluid dynamics, our team maintains the premium software packages needed to analyze the toughest challenges including ABAQUS, ANSYS, and several design packages. Whether its instrumenting parts with strain gages and validating models or conducting a DFM exercise, our engineers have developed medical devices, industrial and consumer products, packaging, seals for the oil and gas industry, and many products in other industries. PSN's processing lab includes a white room/clean room. With eight molding machines (including two-shot capabilities), LSR, and two-shot LSR capabilities and our in-house tooling center, PSN is capable of developing functional parts and devices for verification and validation activities (including IQ/OQ/PQ). The PSN test lab is able to conduct physical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical characterization of a wide array of materials and devices. From testing ventilators for VOCs or particulates (ISO 18562) to traditional data sheet properties, our skilled employees are capable of solving the most difficult of challenges. PSN is ISO 9001:2015 certified, the testing lab is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified, and our medical device development is ISO 13485:2016 compliant.
