Jiwon Lee

Jiwon Lee began their work experience in 2006 as a Research Specialist at Harvard University/MGH. In 2007, they became a Post Master at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIBB). In 2013, they became a Product Manager/CLIA testing personnel at Macrogen Clinical Laboratory. In 2018, they became the Vice President in Clinical Services at Psomagen. Jiwon was later promoted to Director in Clinical Services at Psomagen, Inc., where they established a CLIA-certified/CAP-accredited laboratory for Clinical Genomic Services. Jiwon also developed and validated initial Direct To Consumer tests as Technical Supervisor and acquired CLIA from Federal and Virginia State. Additionally, they were a Product Development Scientist at Psomahealth Laboratory, a newly established CLIA certified laboratory for Direct To Consumer tests.

Jiwon Lee has a Doctor of Science from Seoul National University in the Department of Biomedical Science (Cancer Genomics, Bioinformatics). They also have a Master of Science from the University of Michigan in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, a Master of Engineering from Seoul National University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Yonsei University.
