Amy Keller (Day)

Amy (Day) Keller has a strong background in talent management and business development. Amy is currently the Vice President and Director of Talent Management at Psomas, where they lead the corporate talent management strategy and oversees employer branding, talent acquisition, coaching, learning and development, corporate culture, and communication strategies. Amy manages a team of Business Partners and collaborates with Human Resources to support the goals of senior leadership and deliver solutions.

Prior to Psomas, Amy worked as the Director of Business Development at Vali Cooper & Associates, Inc. from August 2014 to January 2018. Amy was responsible for driving business growth and development.

From January 2010 to August 2014, Amy held the role of Regional Manager at Safework, Inc., where they managed regional operations.

Amy's career began at Cps Human Resources Services in June 2003, where they held various management positions, including National Recruitment Manager TSA, Executive Search, and Testing & Selection. Amy worked at Cps Human Resources Services until June 2009.

Amy (Day) Keller holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Amy also has completed the Hudson Coach Certification Program at The Hudson Institute of Coaching in March 2021.
