David Kelly P.e., Dbia (DJ)

David "DJ" Kelly, P.E., DBIA has a diverse work experience in engineering and construction. David "DJ" worked as a Resident Engineer at Psomas since 2019. Prior to that, they served in the Virginia Department of Transportation from 2015 to 2019, where they held roles such as Area Construction Engineer and Construction Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing construction projects, overseeing staff, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. During their time at ECS Limited from 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager. David "DJ" also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2010, where they performed finite element analysis on structures. David "DJ" began their career as a Construction Apprentice at First Class Home Improvements from 2008 to 2010.

From 2006 to 2010, David "DJ" Kelly attended Virginia Tech, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
