Michael Mulgrew Pe, Qsp/D, Env Sp

Michael Mulgrew has over 20 years of work experience in the field of engineering. Michael began their career at Boyle Engineering in 1999 as an Associate Engineer, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they joined Arroyo Engineering Solutions as a Civil Engineer. Michael then moved to Birge Engineering in 2008 as a Project Engineer until 2010 when they joined BASE+birge Engineering as a Civil Engineer II. In 2014, Michael joined Psomas as a Senior Project Engineer and continues to work there. Michael has a broad range of experience in civil engineering and has demonstrated growth and advancement in their career.

Michael Mulgrew, PE, QSP/D, ENV SP completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in the years 1993 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Envision Sustainability Professional from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, Professional Civil Engineer from the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Qualified SWPPP Developer from CASQA, and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner, also from CASQA.
