Alexandre Roy

Alexandre Roy has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Alexandre began their career at Hydro Québec as the Chief of Financial Risk Management, where they worked for seven years.

Afterwards, they joined Investissements PSP as a Senior Manager of Market Risk, a position they held for two years.

Alexandre then joined UQAM as a Course Instructor, a role they fulfilled for six years.

In 2007, Alexandre joined PSP Investments and held various positions, including Senior Director of Public Markets Risk and Vice President of Total Fund Strategy.

In 2020, they became the Managing Director and Head of Total Fund Strategy and Investments, and later promoted to Senior Managing Director of Total Fund Management in 2023.

In addition to their corporate experience, Alexandre has also served as a Course Instructor at the Université de Sherbrooke. Overall, Alexandre has demonstrated their expertise in risk management and strategy throughout their career.

Alexandre Roy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Montréal, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering at HEC Montréal from 1998 to 2000.
