Managing Director, Strategic Planning at PSP Investments

Annie Sorich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Annie has held several roles at PSP Investments, starting as a Director of Strategic Planning from November 2018 to April 2020, then promoted to Senior Director of Strategic Planning from April 2020 to June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director of Strategic Planning from April 2023, onwards.

Annie also founded and served as the President of AMKS Group, a consulting company that specializes in strategic advisory and project management services in financial services and philanthropy from July 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they acted as the Chief Operating Officer for a private equity fund and was responsible for fundraising, marketing, financial projections, compliance, legal work, and strategic planning.

Annie's earliest work experience was at Morningstar, where they held various roles such as Project Manager of Global Equity Operations from August 2009 to May 2010, Equity Analyst from January 2007 to August 2009, Mutual Fund Analyst from May 2006 to December 2007, and Data Analyst as part of the Morningstar Development Program from June 2005 to May 2006. In these roles, they managed projects, conducted financial analysis, and monitored data quality.

Annie Sorich's education history begins in 1999 when they attended UWC USA and earned an International Baccalaureate diploma as a Davis Scholar. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Oberlin College, where they obtained a BA degree with a field of study in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Later, from 2006 to 2009, Annie Sorich pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and International Business.
