Mark Barbato

Mark Barbato is a Senior Vice President with Pritzker Realty Group and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing acquisition and development opportunities in PRG’s target markets. Prior to joining PRG in 2021, Mark was a Co-Founder and Director of Sterling Bay’s Industrial Division where he oversaw the company’s growing industrial portfolio and was responsible for originating and managing the acquisition, development, and disposition activities. Before joining Sterling Bay in 2019, Mark spent over 20 years as a Partner / Co-Owner at Nicolson, Porter & List responsible for directing the firm’s acquisition, development, brokerage, and property management efforts.

Mark has over 25 years of industrial real estate experience working with Fortune 500 companies, institutional investors, and family offices on a diverse scope of acquisition, development, and brokerage projects encompassing over 20 million square feet. Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University.
