Mike Sullivan

Mike Sullivan is a Managing Director with Pritzker Realty Group and is responsible for managing PRG’s industrial investment and capitalization strategy. Since 2010, Mike has focused on formulating, underwriting, and managing new direct and joint venture investment strategies in the multifamily, industrial, and related real estate sectors. Mike joined Pritzker Realty Group in 2002 and has represented PRG’s interests in over $2 billion of commercial real estate equity and debt transactions through direct, joint venture and operating company investments across multiple product types, including industrial, multifamily, office and retail properties.

Prior to joining PRG, Mike was an investment banking analyst in Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Group and a credit analyst at Corus Bank. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
