Fidelia Hernandez

Fidelia Hernandez has extensive experience in system engineering and support services, currently employed at Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. since September 2020, focusing on creating and configuring virtual environments and troubleshooting systems. Fidelia has contributed to the TRiO Program as an Ambassador and Project Specialist since December 2017, promoting resources and organizing events for peers. Previous experience includes conducting research at Carnegie Mellon University on automatic bug repair, attending the Hispanic Student Leadership Virtual Summit hosted by Google, and providing customer service at Seatac Airport. Additionally, experience in cybersecurity and digital forensics is highlighted by degrees from Highline College and ongoing graduate studies in Computer Software Engineering at the University of Washington Bothell.
