MaryCarol Schallau, MBA, has extensive experience in customer care and experience management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Customer Care at PS Technology since September 2018, MaryCarol focuses on process improvement to enhance the customer experience. Previously, MaryCarol has held key roles at Union Pacific Railroad and Breeze Broadband Communications, Inc., and served as Director of Customer Experience at Lineage Logistics, where notable achievements included implementing automated processes and onboarding tools that significantly improved operational efficiency. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Millard Refrigerated Services and US Foods, where MaryCarol successfully managed customer service teams, developed strategic initiatives, and fostered strong relationships with key accounts.
