Roger is a chartered accountant, with B.Com (Hons)(Accounting) degree from the University of Johannesburg. After completing his articles, Roger moved into corporate finance where he gained broad experience in the full scope of corporate actions. Thereafter, Roger acquired and ran an import and distribution business within the baby industry while continuing to serve as an independent non-executive director of various listed and private companies.
