Amy Pearlman has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Amy currently serves as the SVP of Clinical Innovation at Psych Hub since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Beacon Health Options starting in 2014. At Beacon Health Options, Amy held various roles, including Vice President of Clinical Provider Strategy, Assistant Vice President of Provider Partnerships, and Director of Provider Partnerships. In these roles, they focused on building and leading teams, engaging providers, and leveraging data to improve performance and outcomes. Before joining Beacon Health Options, Amy worked at Beacon Health Strategies from 2011 to 2014, where they served as the Director of Business Integration for the Western Region and Assistant Clinical Director of Utilization Management. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Faculty at Smith College from 2007 to 2012, where they developed and taught a graduate-level Social Work Policy Course. Earlier in their career, Amy worked at South Shore Mental Health as the Director of Crisis and Community Stabilization Services and at MBHP in various roles, including Network Management Director and Regional Network Manager. Amy began their career as a Clinical Social Worker at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital.
Amy Pearlman has a BA in Psychology and Spanish Literature from Brandeis University. Amy also has an MSW in Clinical Social Work from Smith College.
