Chin Hing Chang

Chin Hing Chang is an experienced sales strategist, trainer, and coach currently working at ClassyNarwhal, focusing on helping purpose-driven social enterprises achieve financial sustainability through ethical sales practices. Chang has authored several self-published works, including "Unreasonable Transformation," providing actionable roadmaps for personal and professional development. As a program lead at TechYukon, Chang has contributed to intellectual property education for local businesses and serves as an IP strategy consultant for New Ventures BC. Additionally, Chang provides support to startup organizations in Vietnam as an Entrepreneur In Residence with Swisscontact, advising on innovative education initiatives with Sea Smart, and launching the first female founder-oriented mastermind in Vietnam through BizCare. Chang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and participated in entrepreneurial training at Spring Startup School.
