Matt Phelan

Matt Phelan is PMC’s Inpatient Development Director. Matt is working to build successful partnerships with hospitals and strengthen inpatient behavioral health units across the country.

Before joining PMC, Matt spent the past decade as a medical device representative, working closely with clinicians and department managers in over 100 hospitals across CA & NV. Passionate about quality patient care as well as community involvement, while in CA Matt also served in various leadership roles at a church he helped plant in Roseville, CA.

Matt earned his BS in Business Administration from Sacramento State University in Sacramento, CA. He also studied abroad, learning Spanish at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Madrid, Spain. Having moved his family of six from Northern CA, Matt is now enjoying his new country lifestyle in Middle TN.
