Nell Montgomery

Nell Montgomery serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Psychiatry-UK, the UK's leading online psychiatric service, since September 2023. Additionally, Nell is the Co-Founder of Aesara Partners and has been an Executive Coach at the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre since 2013. As the owner of Nell Montgomery Psychotherapy and Coaching since 2012, Nell focuses on enhancing performance and mental well-being among senior professionals. Experience also includes serving as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with the NHS and the Pottergate Centre for Trauma and Dissociation since 2011, and previously as a Partner and Executive Coach at The Preston Associates. Earlier roles include Founder and Director of Perfect Pie Limited, where Nell received multiple awards, and Managing Director positions at Investec and Robertson Stephens. Nell's education includes a degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and postgraduate training in Psychotherapy from The Bowlby Centre.
