Shailendra Rane (PhD) currently serves as the Quality Control Manager at Psygen, overseeing the QC department and providing support to R&D and Production, while also managing instrumentation qualifications. Prior to this role, Shailendra worked as an Analyst at Labstat International Inc., ensuring accuracy in analytical sample processing and equipment calibration. Shailendra's extensive experience includes over 14 years at SHIMADZU ANALYTICAL (INDIA) PVT LTD, progressing from Application Chemist to Deputy Manager, where notable achievements included leading a team of chemists and developing innovative analytical methods. Shailendra holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, alongside a Master's in Bioanalytical Sciences and a Bachelor's in Biotechnology.
