Joni Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joni began their career as an Associate at KAP Drs. Joseph Susilo & Rekan in 2004. Following that, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, they became the Accounting & Reporting Division Head at PT Multipolar Tbk. Joni then joined PT Adaro Indonesia in 2013 as the Finance Accounting Dept. Head, a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Finance Accounting Dept. Head at PT Jasa Power Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk. Currently, they are the Head of Finance and Accounting at PT Adaro Persada Mandiri, starting in 2018.
Joni Lim completed their undergraduate degree in Accounting from Universitas Tarumanagara, attending from 1999 to 2004. Following this, in 2007 to 2008, Joni Lim pursued further education at the University of Indonesia, where they obtained a degree in Indonesian Chartered Accountant (Ak), focusing on Accounting and Finance.
