Ayu Anditry C. serves as Chief of Staff at PT ALTO Network from January 2024, overseeing Human Capital, Legal, Risk, GA & Procurement. Previously, Ayu held leadership roles at BukuWarung as Director of People and Head of People, contributing to the growth of Indonesia's digital infrastructure for MSMEs. Experience also includes positions at Futuready as Human Resources Director and Regional HRBP, as well as various strategic roles at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna and PT Bank CIMB Niaga, focusing on human capital strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement. Ayu began the professional journey with an internship in human resources at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia and has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
