Riefky Agung Nugroho

Riefky Agung Nugroho is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as IT Server Lead and Senior Information Technology Infrastructure at PT Alto Network since May 2020, Riefky has previously held significant roles, including Team Head of Operation at PT ELUON from February 2013 to May 2020, where responsibilities included leading various projects for major telecommunications providers. Prior experience at ZTE Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer involved critical tasks in customer service, technical support, and systems maintenance. Riefky began the professional journey as an MIS Engineer and IT Helpdesk at PT. Sumber Makmur Bahagia and as an IT Helpdesk at Telkom Indonesia. Riefky holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from BINUS University, completed in 2007.
