Rafly Ario Kusuma

Rafly Ario Kusuma is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as an Operation Improvement Staff at PT Asahimas Chemical since June 2022, having previously completed a graduate trainee program. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at PT Zeus Kimiatama Indonesia and involvement in research focused on chemical process reaction and biomass conversion at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November. Notable academic projects include the preliminary design of a biodiesel plant and the manufacture of glycerol monostearate surfactant using microwave technology. Additionally, Rafly has demonstrated leadership and organizational skills as Vice Head and Public Relations and Communication Staff for HIMATEKK ITS, effectively managing internal operations and connecting the organization with external stakeholders.
