Agung Sukmono

Agung Sukmono is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Head of IT Manage Service Dept. & Service Quality Mgt. Dept. at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) since February 2009. In this role, Agung focuses on delivering high-quality managed service solutions across various sectors, including telecommunications, automotive, and oil & gas, while leading a team of over 600 IT professionals. Additional responsibilities include serving as an Internal Auditor for ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards, as well as being an ITIL4 Foundation Trainer.
