Ricky Permana

Ricky Permana has been with PT. AXA Financial Indonesia since May 2012 where they serve as the Head Agency Growth Development REG E. In this role, they are responsible for leading the recruitment process in the agency and implementing recruitment innovations. Prior to this, Ricky worked at PT. AVRIST ASSURANCE from February 2010 to May 2012 as an ABDM, focusing on developing the agency through field work, training, and strategic target achievement.
