Rusdi Budiman

Rusdi Budiman has been serving as IT Business Services Manager and IT Services Delivery and Security Manager at PT. AXA Services Indonesia since June 2006, overseeing a team responsible for supporting multiple AXA entities and managing a vast network infrastructure, including PCs and servers. Notable achievements include project management for the design and implementation of a Virtual Private Network for thousands of users, the rollout of USB modem devices, and the establishment of a data center for telemarketing support. Additionally, Rusdi has developed and maintained security policies, managed service level agreements, implemented various IT infrastructures, and conducted security training. Prior experience includes the role of IT Infrastructure Manager at PT MNC Life Assurance from March 2012 to August 2014. Rusdi Budiman is currently pursuing a Magister degree in Computer Science from Universitas Bunda Mulia.
