Sarah Yates

Sarah Yates is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public services and legal operations. Currently serving as the Business Relationship Manager for IT Services at the City of San Antonio since July 2018, Sarah oversees various special projects as the General Manager of La Villita Historic Arts Village and has played a key role in the Special Events Division by coordinating city services and community engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Sarah was part of the Legal Operations team at Tesoro Corporation, where responsibilities included event planning, legal data analysis, and vendor relationship management. Earlier roles at the City of San Antonio included Arts & Culture Coordinator and Senior Executive Secretary within the City Manager's Office, demonstrating extensive administrative and community-focused capabilities. Sarah holds a Paralegal Certification from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has a strong foundation in legal support from experience at HASSLOCHER ENTERPRISES, INC.
