Gloria Kristina Artalina Silalahi

Gloria Kristina Artalina Silalahi, SIP, MM, is an experienced professional in learning and development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist and Senior Manager at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia since August 2012, Gloria has been involved in comprehensive training operations, curriculum development, quality assurance, and e-learning initiatives. Prior to this role, Gloria held the position of Learning Manager at Bank Danamon Indonesia from June 2003 to August 2012, where responsibilities included developing learning programs and ensuring training quality. Early career experience includes working as a Business Development Officer at PT. Pioneerindo Gourmet International, Tbk from January 2000 to May 2003. Gloria holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Jakarta State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
