Bintang Kharisma has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as the Transaction Distribution & Laku Pandai Manager at PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk since June 2011, with prior roles including Transaction Service Marketing Manager and Service & Operations Manager. Additionally, Bintang holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Koperasi Karyawan KB Bukopin Jakarta since May 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Financial Advisor at AXA Mandiri Financial Services and as a Lecturer Assistant in English Literature at the University of Brawijaya. Bintang earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Brawijaya in 2009, following an early education at various schools in Malang, Cirebon, and Banjarmasin.
