Lisa Christiana

Lisa Christiana is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as the Head of HC Business Partner & Talent Acquisition at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia since October 2022, Lisa's previous roles include Recruitment Head and Senior Vice President at Bank OCBC NISP from August 2017 to October 2022, and Recruitment Head and Vice President at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk from July 2015 to August 2017. Lisa also held the position of Talent Acquisition Head, Vice President at PT Bank UOB Indonesia for a brief period in early 2014, and served as HR Corporate Regional Services Head and HR Business Partner at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. from November 2010 to December 2013.
