Novan Bagaskara

Novan Bagaskara has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Novan began their career in 2017 as a Student Intern at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). In 2017, they also served as the Shift Coordinator at Corps. Assistant of Processing Minerals & Energy Resources Laboratory. From 2015 to 2017, Novan held various roles at IATMI SM UNSRI, including Chairman and Media & Information Division. In 2016 and 2017, they were the Department Coordinator at Permata FT Unsri. Novan then joined PT Bukit Asam Tbk in 2018 as a Research Internship. Novan later became a participant in the HPU Management Development Program and served as a Drill & Blast Supervisor and Mine Plan Supervisor. In 2021, Novan joined PT. Bina Sarana Sukses as an Engineering Supervisor and currently holds the position of Engineering Department Head (Act).

Novan Bagaskara completed their education at Universitas Sriwijaya from 2014 to 2018, specializing in Mining and Petroleum Technologies/Technicians. In terms of additional certifications, Novan obtained the following: Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in September 2023, Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt (Accredited) from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™) in April 2023, SPRY Scheduler from Mitrais in August 2022, Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in July 2022, Digital Marketing Mini Course from RevoU in June 2021, Mineplan of Nickel from Gores Garis Consulting in March 2021, Nickel Scheduling Minesched 9.0 from Gores Garis Consulting in March 2021, Supervisory Behaviour Profile from PT Harmoni Panca Utama in February 2020, and Mental, Physical & Leadership Development from Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) in July 2019.
