Alan Budiman

Alan Budiman is a Community Development Officer at PT Bintang Toedjoe, responsible for conducting farmer training through needs analysis, module development, and collaboration with institutions. Previously served as HRD-GA & Community Development Officer and Learning and Development Officer, focusing on recruitment and training needs analysis. Also completed a rotation as HRD Supervisor Development Program within various HR functions at Bintang Toedjoe. Prior experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
