Evelyn Lambintara

Evelyn Lambintara has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Evelyn started their career as an Intern at Biro SDM Polda Metro Jaya in 2013. Evelyn then joined SH Elim Jaya Entertainment as an Event Staff in 2014. Evelyn worked as a Human Resource Development Trainee at PT Bintang Toedjoe in 2015. Evelyn later progressed to the role of a Recruitment & Selection Officer, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments. In 2019, Evelyn took on the position of a Recruitment & Support to Marketing HRBP at PT Bintang Toedjoe. Evelyn was responsible for managing the recruitment process for all departments. Currently, they work as an HRBP & People Development Officer at the same company. In this role, Evelyn acts as an advisor to employees in the Marketing & Sales department, managing and monitoring employee fulfillment.

Evelyn Lambintara completed their high school education at Sekolah Kristen Kalam Kudus from 2007 to 2010, focusing on the field of social sciences. Evelyn then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Evelyn obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they received an Assessor Certification from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI). Evelyn also obtained certifications in CODA from One-CHRP and Mini Course Data Analytics from RevoU, both in July 2022.
