Risya Marhamila is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 11 years of experience across various industries, including broadcast media, media holding, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Chief Human Capital Development & General Services Officer at PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi since December 2013, Risya has previously held the position of Corporate Human Resources General Manager at PT Visi Media Asia Tbk and has extensive experience managing compensation and benefits functions at PT Heinz ABC Indonesia and PT Abbott Indonesia. Risya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Indonesia.
