Ameesh Anand

Ameesh Anand is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director and CFO at PT Cemindo Gemilang since April 2021, Ameesh played a pivotal role in completing an US$ 80 million IPO and has spearheaded pre-IPO restructuring and regulatory approvals. As Senior Vice President of Finance at KPN Corporation, Ameesh oversees financial activities for a prominent Indonesian conglomerate involved in palm oil, cement, and real estate. Previous roles include Vice President at PT Medco Daya Abadi Lestari, where Ameesh managed significant share consolidations, and Senior Vice President at PT Energi Mega Persada, focusing on fundraising and strategic finance functions. Ameesh’s career began at Deloitte & Touche, where expertise in corporate finance led to successful IPOs and project financings. Ameesh holds an MBA in Finance from Jiwaji University and completed a Professional Development Program in Private Equity at The Wharton School.
