Bella Dias Pinaringan

Bella Dias Pinaringan is an Organization Development Specialist at PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance since June 2021, where responsibilities include conducting organizational reviews, managing performance appraisals, and developing HR policies. Prior to this role, Bella worked as Recruitment & Development Staff at PT Kahaptex Textile, focusing on job vacancy creation and employee career management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Lecturer Assistant at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, teaching various psychology courses. Bella completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ahmad Dahlan University in 2018.
