Hendrianto Pangaribuan

Hendrianto Pangaribuan has a diverse work experience history. Hendrianto started their career in 2001 as a Liaison Supervisor at PT Shields Indonesia and worked there until 2005. Hendrianto then joined PT Riau Andalan Pulp & Paper as a Field Training Center Assistant from 2005 to 2007. After that, they worked at PT Adindo Hutani Lestari as a Learning & Development Assistant from 2007 to 2011. Currently, Hendrianto is working at PT. Silva Rimba Lestari, Djarum Forestry, where they started as an HR Generalist Superintendent in 2012 and is now the HR Dept. Head since April 2019.

Hendrianto Pangaribuan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universitas Tridharma Balikpapan (Untri) from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Medan from 1998 to 2001.

Additionally, Hendrianto obtained various certifications throughout their career. In September 2018, they completed the Industrial Relations Certification Program (IRCP batch #20) from the University of Indonesia. In November 2016, they obtained the Human Capital Management Certification (HCMC) from PPM Manajemen. In September 2013, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management (HRM) from PPM Manajemen. In March 2012, they completed a certification program in Community Development from Universitas Mulawarman. Most recently, in May 2019, they obtained the Kader Norma Ketenagakerjaan (KNK Muda) certification from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia.
