Hendra L. is a seasoned operations and human capital professional with significant experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Operations and HCGA Head of Division at PT. Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri since February 2018, Hendra L. is responsible for overseeing the HC roadmap management, organizational policies, and strategic HR implementation to align with long-term goals.
